1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Echoes of Darkness mobile application ("the App"), developed by Alexandre D'AMBRISI.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Echoes of Darkness is an unofficial companion application designed to display statistics and activity data related to the video game Destiny 2.

The App retrieves publicly available game data through the official Bungie.net API and displays it for informational purposes.

Echoes of Darkness is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bungie, Inc.

3. Bungie Account and Authentication

Some features of the App require authentication through your Bungie.net account using Bungie's OAuth system.

By using this authentication feature, you authorize the App to access your Destiny 2 game data via Bungie's API.

You remain responsible for maintaining the security of your Bungie account. The App never receives or stores your Bungie password.

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services to function, including:

• Bungie.net API for Destiny 2 game data
• Firebase Crashlytics for technical crash diagnostics

Your use of Bungie services is subject to Bungie's own policies and terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and game-related content displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners.

Destiny and related assets are trademarks of Bungie, Inc.

The Echoes of Darkness application, including its design, code, and original content, is the intellectual property of Alexandre D'AMBRISI unless otherwise stated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App without permission
• Interfere with the operation of the App or its connection to Bungie services
• Use automated systems or bots to abuse the service

7. Availability of the Service

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available
• The App will be free from errors or interruptions
• The data provided by Bungie services will always be accurate or accessible

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Errors in game statistics or displayed information

9. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

Updates will be reflected by modifying the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
